WARY Personal budget

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 June 2026

In short: Wary does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device, and nowhere else.

1. The principle: everything stays on your device

Wary is a personal budgeting app developed by kablanprivat@gmail.com. It is designed to work entirely offline. The app has no server, no remote database and no user accounts.

Everything you enter — goals, income, budget envelopes, categories, expenses, items, recurring bills and receipt photos — is stored on your phone only, in the app's internal storage. We have no access whatsoever to that data.

2. Data we collect

None. Wary does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data. The app contains:

3. Permissions used

Permission Purpose Where does the data go?
📷 Camera Photograph a receipt while adding an expense Saved locally on the device. Never sent off the device.
🖼️ Photo library Import an existing photo of a receipt Used and stored 100% locally.

These permissions are requested only at the moment you use the corresponding feature. You can revoke them at any time from your device settings.

4. Data sharing

Wary never shares data automatically. Sharing can only happen if you take an explicit action:

5. Data retention and deletion

6. Children's data

Since Wary collects no data at all, the app does not knowingly collect any data concerning children either.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes (for example when an optional encrypted sync feature is added), the update date at the top of this document will be changed and the new version will be published with the app.
